Visit www.squaremouth.com to utilize their insurance comparison feature. Final payments are due 60 days before the start date of the retreat.
Poor/Disruptive/Unruly Conduct:
No refunds will be given if the program removes a guest from the retreat for poor, disruptive or unruly conduct. Conduct such as harassment, bullying, or any other behavior that is inappropriate or disruptive to the welfare of the retreat or to fellow guests will not be tolerated and will result in an immediate ejection from the retreat at the retreat attendees' own expense.
What protocols are in place if SYS + GGW need to cancel the retreat?
If for any reason we need to cancel the retreat, for example, country closure, government mandate, COVID-19, any amounts paid are non-refundable. All participants are required to purchase “cancel for any reason” travel insurance.
Will I need Travel Insurance?
Yes. Proof of travel insurance is required. All deposits and payments are non-refundable. There are hundreds of circumstances that could cause you to cancel your trip, return early, or force you to seek emergency medical treatment while traveling. Travel insurance offers coverage for unforeseen problems such as an unexpected financial change or scheduling conflict, a canceled flight, or a serious illness. Look for terminology similar to, “cancel for any reason,” to protect against the rare chance of cancellation. We suggest Travel Guard Insurance or Kanna Travel Insurance and there are several policy options to choose from. Or visit www.squaremouth.com to utilize their insurance comparison feature.
